Our programs are available in two formats, Project & Print and 1:1. Each format includes the same material, but 1:1 provides individual logins for all of your students. Below you will find descriptions of the two formats and a list of programs available under this topic. These programs are available individually, as part of a topic bundle, and as part of a grade level bundle.
Provides teachers with access to all the Nutrition programs on the platform. The digital resources are controlled by the teachers and projected in the classroom. Course materials can also be printed off for student use and completion. Project + Print pricing is per school.
1:1 access provides both teachers and students with usernames and passwords to access programs on the platform. Students may then complete their assignments and view program videos using their own devices.

Individual Health World programs are $50. The course material will be in Project + Print form, which allows educators to project and review the course material with the class and then provide students with printable assignments to complete.
In this course, participants will learn how their food choices are being influenced through avenues such as the food’s marketing strategies, along with the media and even grocery stores’ advertising tactics. Students will learn ways to maintain a healthy body even with outside influences. Participants will also be taught what a portion size is and how it plays a role in a healthy diet and body. The dangers of eating foods with high fat, sodium and sugar will be covered as well.Learn More >
In this course, participants will learn facts about nutrition, including the concept and use of MyPlate and the importance of eating from a variety of foods in moderation each day. Students will learn that eating healthy food provides calories as energy, as well as essential nutrients needed for growth and development. Participants will also learn to assess the nutritional components of their diets.Learn More >
In this course, participants will learn key concepts of nutrition and exercise with the goal of recognizing that healthy habits are essential to maintaining a healthy body. MyPlate will be covered, with a description of each food group, their nutrients, and how foods in that group help the body grow and develop. The negatives of “sometimes foods”, or unhealthy junk food, will be discussed. Participants will also learn about the importance of daily physical activity for their body.Learn More >
